• The instructor clearly knows the Ins and Outs of this material to a “t.” He presented information that challenged some of our pre-existing held thoughts about the U.N. and relation of the U.S. to it. His approach to meeting with and knowing each of his students was refreshing.

• This is a great course by one of America’s most influential international relations scholars. Eloquently and with great detail, Dr. Aranas gives an overview of the events that led up to the founding of NATO, and expounds on the U.S. relations and interactions with the outside world, Europe specifically. I especially enjoyed the brief recaps at the end of each session that helped me solidify the understanding of every topic covered in the course. I have yet to find a course that gets even close to what Dr. Aranas offers here. I highly recommend the course to anyone interested in the topic.
